Hi, I'm Leni. I began my own journey with food & wellbeing in my early 20's when I noticed the effects certain foods would have on my system. Some foods making me bloat and others making me feel heavy and unwell. At one stage in my early 30's I became extremely fatigued and depressed, my skin was inflamed and I suffered with migraines that lasted for weeks. The only guidance from my GP was the offer of medication. I eventually took matters into my own hands and by changing my diet and lifestyle I slowly became well again. Feeling better than ever.
For the last 20 years I have been an advocate, student and practitioner of holistic healthcare. My interest in natural medicine and the desire to learn more about how to help support the human body led me to become a nutritional therapist. Qualifying with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in 2017 changed my way of being in the world. It helped me to understand my own body. How to read what my body is telling me and how to advise others on their route back to wellness and balance through holistic nutrition.
There is more need than ever for practitioners such as myself who treat the body as a whole and guide people holistically. I give my clients the time and tools they need to become the best healthful version of themselves.
